Intergovernmental agreement with Marion County approved

On July 13th, the Marion County commissioners approved an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) to supply $150,000 to the North Santiam Sewer Authority to support its staffing and organizational development. The funding will be used to develop an operational plan, communications/public outreach strategy, and apply for future grant funding, among other projects.
